“Absolutely excellent service despite my difficulty in using your on-line ordering whilst trying to apply two gift cards. Something your IT people might look into but I was helped three times by your staff over the phone.”

“I don’t write reviews but I thought I should. I have recently used Wilkinson Cameras twice recently; once for an A3 printer and more recently for some small camera accessories after being letdown by another company. On both occasions their service was fantastic - with my last purchase being dispatched the same day, even though I only ordered it at 4pm three days before Christmas- and yes it arrived before Christmas ! I will be sure to use them again.”

“I bought a battery pack for my Canon camera. Wilkinson’s price was extremely competitive which, along with previous customers favourable reviews, was why I chose to buy from them. Bearing in mind the delays in deliver due to the New Year holiday my purchase arrived very quickly. Wilkinson’s service and communication were excellent and I would not hesitate in buying from them again.”

“I have been using Wilkinson Cameras on and off for years and you really can't fault their service. I love to support independent camera shops because if we don't, then they will disappear and England will become a characterless country full of building full of massive out of town shopping warehouses and internet sales. Quite depressing really.”

“It was a pleasure to hear a cheerful and enthusiastic person answer the phone. I would normally support a local business, but as I don't have an independent photography shop within 40 miles then I will continue to deal with the folks at Wilkinson Cameras, because it is staffed by polite knowledgable people.”

“Ordered 2 items only 1 was as advertised I checked the make, fit and that is was in stock the item delivered wasn't what I ordered it didn't fit and was unbranded cheap tat. Yes I could have returned it but after postage it wasn't worth the bother. The 2nd item was as advertised and fine, an email telling me the other part was out of stock wouldn't have been to much to expect. Annoyed more than disappointed”

Good morning, Both the items you ordered were as described and the genuine items. It appears you have received both items ordered so I’m not sure what you mean about an item being out of stock. It appears you have already emailed requesting to make a return and this has been responded to.
