Firstly, my Panasonic LX100 Mk2 was a very good price, particularly with the free Panasonic branded Accessory kit (Panasonic case and Panasonic battery). The young lady who answered my telephone questions was very well informed, helpful and pleasant. Delivery was prompt and everything was very much in order and well packed. All in all, a pleasure to do business with you, as they say. My recommendation score of 8 is simply because it was my first transaction.
