“The item (a lens) was competitively priced and carefully packed: and Wilkinsons's dispatch of it was prompt. Unfortunately their couriers (Parcel Force) then either failed to attempt to deliver it or didn't bother to leave any card notifying me they had tried--moreover their tracking number did not work. However when I inquired of Wilkinsons as to what had happened they were extremely helpful in tracing the item and enabling me to retrieve it from Parcel Force's depot. I'm pleased with the lens and was impressed with Wilkinson's service. I would certainly recommend them.”

“Purchased online which was simple enough and the price was very good value for the Nikon used camera I bought. Delivery was very good and the shipping was adjusted to avoid the package being in a delivery depot over the Easter weekend which made total sense to me. All in all very happy with the product quality the price and the service. Will definitely buy again.”

“We each carry an idea of a "family business" and even John Lewis was a small family business back in the 19th century. But it's how I feel about Wilkinsons on this occasion of purchasing a Leica M camera body. From the first telephone call to the Southport branch, they have been absolutely great. Highly recommended. Delighted customer.”
