“Perhaps a strange review because I didn’t buy anything today, but have experienced superb customer service from the staff at the Southport branch. Basically I already have a very good camera previously bought from Wilkinsons, but my eye has caught something that appeals to me, but I am sitting on the fence whether to buy or not. Over a couple of visits to Southport store, the staff have been superbly patient and helpful towards me and I am left with the total sense that me having the right camera for me is important to them and they give advice on that basis ...... not to drive a sale home. This sort of customer focus seems to have been generally lost on the high street and is something that I, as a continuing Wilkinsons customer, have hugely appreciated over the past few days. I will make my buying decision over the next couple of days, but it will be a decision that will almost certainly fall from the conversations had with Alex and Adam. Thank you.”

“I had previously tried to order some cartridges, at different times, from two well known suppliers. Both suppliers showed the items as in stock so I put the order in, the money was taken, and on both occasions I then received emails saying they were experiencing supply problems and could not fulfil the orders. This despite their websites still showing the items as in stock. I was not very impressed to say the least! I searched the web and found Wilkinson Cameras and decided to try them. I hadn't heard of them until then but what a difference! I ordered on the afternoon of 22 July and they arrived the following day. The service couldn't have been better, and I would definitely recommend Wilkinson Cameras to all. First class!”
