“Amazing Customer Service! I am just getting into Photography and decided to get myself a DSLR. I wasn't aware that not all SD cards are compatible with all cameras, so unknowingly I ordered a card that wouldn't work with the camera I was ordering. The next day I had a call from a Wilkinson Cameras staff member to warn me that there might be a small delay on my order getting to me due to Coronavirus (There wasn't in the end, everything arrived on time) and she actually asked me if the cards were for that camera. I told her they were and she explained how they wouldn't work and told me if I wanted they would just change them for ones that would. It's a small thing that would've gone under the radar for most companies but the people at Wilkinson noticing and checking with me meant that when I got my camera I was able to immediately go out and start taking pictures instead of being frustrated over ordering the wrong things and having to return anything”
