“The equipment I purchased from Wilkinson Cameras was top quality Elinchrom Studio equipment, so there is no point on commenting on that - you get what you pay for. This is the first time I have used Wilkinson for a purchase but I am sure that I will be back. Unlike most other companies they had some of the equipment in stock and they expedited the rest and actually sent if by express 24 courier although this was not paid for. They kept me informed throughout the process and were extremely helpful - responding rapidly to emails. On top of that they had the lowest price I could find - a few pounds - but every pound counts. I would certainly recommend the company and I will certainly be back.”

“I ordered a used DSLR camera body from the Chester shop. The parcel arrived (a day late - received refund of next-day fee) with no camera in the box, when I rang to raise the issue I was left feeling that it was obviously either down to me or the parcel company. When they called back to tell me that 'I was correct' I obviously wasn't very happy - I said I knew I was correct, I opened the damned empty box. They then sent the camera body by Special Delivery, sorted. I was told that the office manager was looking into the cock-up, I was expecting a call with an apology and explanation, but hey you can't have everything.”

“I purchased a hood for my Benq monitor. The price was competitive, even compared to that 'well known' online store. The delivery was quick and I would highly recommend using wilkinson Cameras. I prefer to use smaller compabies wherever possible.”

“Having recently used Wilkinson, I can recommend them wholeheartedly. I ordered a lens on back order and was kept informed throughout the order. When it was sent, the packaging was top class and the delivery tracking was perfect. The lens was a fantastic price and I was left feeling like I had got a bargain. Have since purchased other items from stock and these were sent with the same attention to detail. First class service.”

“Ordered by phone and this quite simple. The goods came within the stated timeframe and fit my umbrella perfectly. Customer service was good but I’d been advised by someone from another company who was super helpful. I ordered from Wilkinson because the same product was cheaper and would use them again.”
