Delivery was unannounced, probably due to time of year, but caused no problems. In fact confirmation of online sale arrived after the goods were delivered.”

“Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased an expensive camera, which was delivered on time as promised in a factory sealed box. After charging the battery and testing my new camera I found the EVF would not work and I was unable to contact the shop owing to New Year Holidays. I found the staff very helpful and understanding but we were unable to find a telephone fix. A exchange for a new camera was arranged. That is what I call service!!!”

“Liverpool shop staff are very helpful. The items I wanted were not in stock though. I asked if I could place an online order with them. No, you can only order through the website. Seems a bit silly that they can't order from their own online shop to deliver to your home. Delivery arrived when expected.”
