“Tremendous help, advice and service from Wildlife and Countryside Services. I had already fallen foul on the purchase of a cheaper trail camera (not from Wildlife and Countryside Services I must stress) and Martin was very good and quick at sending me information about more suitable cameras and their capabilities. There were no delays in responding to emails. I was able to assimilate the info he provided and ordered a camera the next day. The next working day after the order was placed I received my new camera and it has been amazing. The camera was delivered undamaged as it was well packaged. It is also reassuring to know that Martin is at the end of an email or telephone should anything so wrong.”

“We ordered an Echo Meter Touch 2 bat detector. It arrived promptly, well wrapped and in one piece. Downloaded the EMT app and waited for dusk. It detected a Common pipistrelle in 5 minutes and we love it and the service from Martin. So friendly.”

“I had plenty of spare time during COVID lockdown to research trail cameras. I settled on a Browning Patriot.Then I researched sellers. Yes I found it cheaper elsewhere but at what real cost. Long delays, third party problems, damaged items all mentioned in other sites reviews. So I spent a bit extra and received a well packed quality item far quicker than expected. Over 300 high quality nighttime videos captured within a week. As a keen photographer getting on a bit this was preferable to sitting in a hide freezing to death. Excellent service and educational website from people who know what they are talking about.”

“So very happy! I've purchased my bat detectors from Martin and they've always arrived promptly, well packaged and at a reasonable price. He’s always very helpful with questions about my field cameras. The Poland trips are an additional bonus. I went with Martin and Cheryl for an autumn of mushrooms, beavers and rutting deer. The trees were turning and the mountains were peaceful. I'd have gone with them for Poland in the spring, except covid got in the way. And I am looking forward to Poland in May; the birds returning, flowers growing, animals at their best in the spring, once covid restrictions are fully lifted. I recommend the Poland trips! (Martin has a good temperament and Caleb has mis-interpreted his sometimes off-the-wall sense of humour.)”

I was going to spend money on an expensive bat detector but his attitude made me take my money elsewhere, which I'm glad I did as I found it cheaper on another site.”

I'm curious as to where you managed to find the bat detector you wanted cheaper and with a 60 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, free extra year's warranty and, if it was an 'expensive' bat detector, with a free bat book or voucher worth £35.
