First class service from start to finish. I was kept in the loop when there may be a slight delay in dispatch, advised when the product was posted, with the item being received the following day. I was also contacted with a follow up email. The bat detector was exactly what I wanted, which is now in short supply as a result of copyright issues with Apple.
