“Happy with the quality and delivery of the tickets. Just would like some of the printing I.e date of the event to be a bigger font so it’s easier to see. Thank you”

“Easy to use website, keeps your history, so very quick to reorder: just change dates, prizes, etc and then press the button! Efficient customer services - sorted out a small issue I had very quickly.”

“Exceptional value for money and quick turnaround (under two weeks). Nice templates and easy to use. Dropped a star as the text is too close to the perforation line. There needed to be a small margin where the draw & promoter details are shown, as per my preview image. However the actual tickets have the text starting on the perforation line. Not enough of an issue to request a reprint or stop me recommending this company to anyone who asks.”

“As long as you book well in advance for your tickets it's a brilliant end product. The time between order and purchase is stated to be around 10 days and in my case it was. So just give yourself that extra breathing space and you will be well satisfied.”

“The TIckets are again up to there usuall Hugh standard but you do need to have a word with your delivery people as the box was simply left in my car park we were lucky to actually collect them”

“Good service overall. However this is the second year that I have ordered and due to my own bad eyesight made a typing error so I have 3000 tickets containing an error! It would be good if you had a system whereby you detected these human errors and notified the customer so the error could be rectified before printing!”

“The tickets are easy to lay out for charitable helpers to be able to sell. I would like to be able to use a previous version of the tickets as a basis to work from with modifications as needed. This would reduce the risk of errors on the tickets and make the process more straightforward.”
