“The tickets were delivered to the wrong address where they were left unsigned for in a porch. It was only realising that they had been deposited somewhere with the DPD courier's photograph that I contacted your company. The automated answer asked me to leave a message and informed me your company would get back to me within about 15 minutes (no contact from you). I was able to contact DPD at their head office in London and they got the courier to collect the raffle tickets from the wrong address (no problems with the address for us on the package)..... Fortunately I have been recommended another company for providing us with future raffle tickets.”
