“The ordering online was good and the delivery was on time. I have ordered these tickets for three years now. One suggestion that I would make to your website is that I can easily access the last tickets so that I can amend for the new order.”

“Service excellent but make sure you proof read before order! Our tickets omitted to show 'many more prizes' (as written on order form) so it looked like we only had three prizes. I was told "I should have checked the proof. Otherwise ok”

“It was pretty straight forward ordering the tickets. I ordered them on Friday 19th August and as of today 31st I am still waiting for them so cannot comment on quality or printing.”

Hi Pat, I'm sorry you have received your reviews email but haven't received your tickets. The email is automated and because of the bank holiday creating a day delay, the email was actually sent out too early. Your order is due to be despatched on or before the 2nd of September and you'll received them the following working day. Thanks, Amy

“Tickets seem OK and were dispatched on time. The delivery company UKMail didn't work quite so well, re-arranging delivery wasn't straight forward and despite calling them to work out what was happening, kept going through to an automated voice service with no option to talk to a real person.”

“The service was very quick. A bit too quick the 2015 year for the draw was not spotted by anyone. I now have to alter 5,000 5's to 6's. My fault I know but it would have nice if it had been spotted.”

Hi Patricia, Sorry to hear there was a mistake on your ticket. We try our best to proof check all the orders but it's difficult to ensure we'll pick up on small mistakes because the amount of orders we get in each day, this is why the proofing stage is left to the customer.
