Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you've received your review email before the goods have arrived. Unfortunately the bank holiday had created problems with the email timing. “Service excellent but make sure you proof read before order! Our tickets omitted to show 'many more prizes' (as written on order form) so it looked like we only had three prizes. I was told "I should have checked the proof. Otherwise ok”

“It was pretty straight forward ordering the tickets. I ordered them on Friday 19th August and as of today 31st I am still waiting for them so cannot comment on quality or printing.”

Hi Pat, I'm sorry you have received your reviews email but haven't received your tickets. The email is automated and because of the bank holiday creating a day delay, the email was actually sent out too early. Your order is due to be despatched on or before the 2nd of September and you'll received them the following working day. Thanks, Amy
