“easy to create and to upload custom graphics - default text helped to see what I needed to type in.”

“Tickets seem OK and were dispatched on time. The delivery company UKMail didn't work quite so well, re-arranging delivery wasn't straight forward and despite calling them to work out what was happening, kept going through to an automated voice service with no option to talk to a real person.”

“The service was very quick. A bit too quick the 2015 year for the draw was not spotted by anyone. I now have to alter 5,000 5's to 6's. My fault I know but it would have nice if it had been spotted.”

Hi Patricia, Sorry to hear there was a mistake on your ticket. We try our best to proof check all the orders but it's difficult to ensure we'll pick up on small mistakes because the amount of orders we get in each day, this is why the proofing stage is left to the customer. “Im very pleased with the tickets thanks, the website was straightforward with helpful intervention / prompts and we like the finished product. They took longer to arrive than I was expecting but still a good service thanks.”

“The service provided was very good - tickets were received correctly. It was difficult to get online last years ticket and then update for this year.Perhaps you could look at this and see if it could be simplfied?”

Hi Colin, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry your parcel was delivered earlier than agreed. I can see a note was put onto your account but somehow the order slipped through and was delivered before the agreed time. “The website is easy to use and Paul is very helpful dealing with any questions. The service is prompt and I have found reasonably priced compared to other raffle ticket providers. This is the 3rd time we have used them and we will use again”

“The raffle tickets look really good, however the delivery company were not very good. They left the parcel on the door step when it was raining. The raffle tickets were very nearly if it were not for my in laws who managed to save them and dry the damp ones for me. Also not impressed with UK mail complaint procedure”

“I was VERY impessed with the speed of printing and delivery, thankyou that was really helpful. The tickets were made of stiff paaper, so no folding of counterfoils needed. Excellent value for money and will use this company again!”
