“A big disappointed this time around , the raffle books don’t have the same quality as before , l dare say it’s recycled paper , but l never saw that mentioned,when buying the raffle tickets .sorry,but they feel a bit Poundland 🥴”

“Not very good unfortunately About a 1000 tickets were priced differently to our request and also had a different organisation on them That said they were a quick turnaround”

“The printing is great 10/10 . What lets you down is that the tickets easily detach themselves from the books. We ask folk to help distribute/buy tickets including schools and this issue is causing us a few problems with books easily coming apart. Hope you can’t get better adhesive next time! Thanks”

“They come in books of 5 - although they weren’t glued very well and I had to go through and stick loads back together as they are being handed out at school and each child would have a different number in each book! These came with a premium price tag so expected high quality and was disappointed. Having said that, I do like the design.”

“Arrived promptly. Good quality tickets. I would like the option to change the stub information. I requested it through the extra information part of the form but unfortunately they didn’t change it to what I needed. Much better if they could allow this option too.”

“Would like more choice on designs and flexibility to edit designs. Also feel value for money is poor. I used to use a printers (who have now retired their business) who only charged £84 for 5000 tickets.”

We are sorry that you feel we do not have enough designs but the price you quoted for 5000 tickets from your previous printer is more expensive than our price which is £69+VAT for 5000 tickets.

“It would have been a higher rate if the delivery was as I requested! I chose the 5 day express and I was given standard delivery which meant I lost a weekend of fund raising. 2 phone calls and the problem was sorted with the refund of the 5 day delivery charge.”

“The order was dealt with very effectively and the delivery was swiftly made in a shorter time than expected. The format of the tickets which I chose was a Christmas layout with a Christmas tree on it which resulted in the print on the tickets being very small indeed which may cause a problem for both sellers and purchasers.”

“Using tickets for a school raffle, allocated each child a book of 5 tickets, labelled envelopes with numbers only to find we are a book short so numbers don’t run. Apart from that a good service.”

“failed to look at extra request, despite having a box for it, or contact me regarding it. Tickets ok but we had to use stickers to add Marie Curie logo as not visible.”

“Great service - quality and speed of delivery. But was a little surprised when I found out the delivery fee was not included in the cost of tickets. Made my 1000 tickets for a small rugby club fundraiser quite expensive.”

“Had a bit of a rocky start, was recommended by ParentKind but couldn't use straight away as the person that adds our membership number to the database wasn't in. As I need to order quickly I then had to pay over £60 in delivery fees which wasn't great as this was for a school fundraising event. Hopefully now that we have the raffle licence and we know our event dates for this year we won't get stung with costs like this. The actual raffle tickets were great quality.”
