“Pretty good turnaround as our charity was in a hurry but difficult to get across the precise font size despite writing it in the comments box, therefore, the end result was not exactly as I'd requested, but acceptable under the 'speed' circumstances. However, the glue keeping each '5 books' together wasn't sticky enough and several had fallen apart in the delivery box. So, a little disappointing but we appreciated the delivery.”

“Easy to order, arrived in good time, and good quality. Would have scored 5 but when I called to order few more of the same order I was told 1000 is the lowest quantity you can order in, which was too much. Big shame.”

“Production from you is good. Design-process by customer is reasonably straightforward. As a small organisation it would be more efficient for us to be able to specify less than 1,000 tickets. We'd like to be able to specify a different ticket-stub but not at extra cost. We'd like to see a breakdown of shipping costs up-front instead of at the point of completion.”

Dear Ms Kinghorn Thank you for your review. However, we did dispatch your tickets in 3 working days and they were recived by you on day four. Checking your records, we see that you ordered at 15:28 which is after our midday cut off so day one is the following day. We do state on the page where you edit your tickets that 'Orders recieved after 12 noon, Monday to Friday will be processed on the following working day' Kind regards The Support Team

“The process of ordering was fairly straight forward and the tickets were delivered within the time frame stated. The date printed on the tickets was on the small side and could do with being more prominent. The request for the format on the stub was followed, thank you. Unfortunately I was out for the delivery so the driver recorded that he had delivered it to ‘ wench at 11’ (next door) with a photo of the front of that house. A different neighbour noticed the box on my doorstep and took it in. This wasn’t a problem for me but wanted you to be aware in case of problems for other customers.”
