“I recently ordered a some Sealey plastic trim rivet pliers. They were delivered promptly and well packed so I am quite happy to recommend this company. However, I cannot recommend the Sealey plastic rivet pliers. On the first use the tips of the jaws were deformed because the plastic is too soft. I am now planning to make my own from an old pair of steel pliers and a grinder.”

“White Rose Tools met their claimed targets to dispatch of the goods and deserve recognition. They did also correctly warned that it could take up to 10 days for delivery. It actually took 11, including 2 week ends. Nevertheless, the disappointment was the mail services. Tracking data revealed many inexplicable days of delay along the transport chain - after leaving WRT it took 4 days to get it on a plane in the UK and a further 7 days (including a 3 day weekend) to get to Oz and then have it delivered - oh! for a parcel cam :-]”

“Unfortunately there was an error with one of the items I was sent. I raised this and was quickly and politely apologised to and the error was fixed without a fuss. It wasn't ideal that the error was made but the resolution (and the speed of it) would definitely make me consider ordering again. Many thanks.”

“Quick delivery and correct order. One of my items failed immediately on use, I contacted WRT and included a photo of the failure. PayPal refund within minutes. I know that's the way it's supposed to work but it is increasingly rare these days. I will shop here again.”

“I was impressed with it overall .... seems like it will do the job. My only moan regarding it .... no instructions! I am new to pyrography and felt for myself instructions would have been very helpful. Great service prompt delivery and really good price too”
