“No issues and good prices. Shipping was a bit slow but they may have had to order stuff in so can't really fault them for that. Would use again.”

“Why I gave 5 stars! My tool backpack I purchased from White Rose Tools was heavily discounted and I could not find it anywhere cheaper. So I was shocked when saw their price. Very professional customer service, answering very promptly with all the details I asked. There was just one thing which was alarming to me but it was NOT their fault! Once purchased my tool backpack I have received FedEex email saying that they have my parcel and I have to pay £2 to be delivered to me. It was a scam! DO NOT pay! I immediately contact White Rose Tools and they inform me that it is not them and once my parcel will be shipped, they will notify me, and they did! I will be supplying myself with all tools from them now on. Much appreciated for an excellent service!”
