This order was not dispatched promptly it took eleven days to reach me and two phone calls to customer service to find out where it was. Communication via email was virtually non existent.

I am still to receive the goods I ordered on 5 April. Perhaps you will be able to receive my goods for which I have already paid.

I ordered a canvas and some cards on April 9th and was told they'd be here by the end of the week, however as there had been no status update on my account i phoned the office this afternoon and was told they wouldn't be here until next week after the Bank holiday. The person I spoke to wasn't that bothered about it and I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance for asking about my order. At £9 for delivery I expected better service or at least an email informing me of the delay. It's a shame because last time I had an Oder it came very quickly. Will be reluctant to order again due to lack of customer care.

Hi, I am a real fan of Hannah Coles pictures and I have purchased all of them from Whistlefish. My recent order arrived and the glass was broken. Whistlefish were quick to pick up the picture and arrange a replacement. The new picture arrived today and my husband unpacked and put it up for me arriving home from work but it is the wrong one! The delivery note says it is 'Dreaming of You' but it is not. I cannot return this because it is out of the cellophane and I will keep it as it is another Hannah Cole picture for my collection but not the one I wanted.

After buying a print on line. Fast & efficient Rang to order frame to complement it....money taken now 11 days and numerous phone calls still waiting for my order.......very disappointed.

My order was incomplete in that a particular card was "missing". When I telephoned, I recd no apology; in fact I came off the phone thinking to myself that I would not order from whistlefish again.

Your ordering system duplicated codes resulting in two incorrect items being delivered ,one of them also having broken glass .your customer service ( Heidi ) sorted this out and we eventually received the correct items and had the broken/ wrong ones collected by the delivery company . Disappointed with the quality of picture hooks as the pics have heavy deep sided frames and hooks don't look up to the job ( could not actually get it onto the pin because of the deep frame , would love to see you have a go at it ! ) also would be helpful if all hooks were in the same position for easy if hanging , we have purchased our own d rings and wire to hang pictures and feel that this is what should have been used by yourselves for the large frames . The web site now looks OK for the codes that were wrong but I am still not able to access any personal details such as change password / address etc ,( I am using a I Pad )Overall a disappointing first purchase experience from yourselves .please feel free to send me any feedback on the issues I have mentioned above .

Email received saying one product of the two ordered out of stock. Requested action to which responded cancel order and refund. Email not actioned and part order shipped. Whilst waiting for a refund a second order placed, which has resulted in paying two delivery charges.

I specified a delivery address as the item was a present for Christmas but the item was delivered to my invoice address instead.

I accidently ordered 7 Christmas cards instead of the 15 ( which cost the same price). After contacting customer services I was told that I would need to send a further £8 plus £3 delivery if I wanted the other 8 cards!

I ordered 2 prints/frames, one arrived within 2 days but unfortunately I still haven't received the other which is now 3 weeks later. Although, I have been assured I will receive it this week.

Straight after I completed my order I emailed you regarding the delivery charge I got a email back to say it was being dealt with this was on the 23/8 I did email again to say how dissapointed I was with your customer service as I'd got no reply and to this date after 2 confirmation emails from yourselves to say it has been received I still haven't had any contact from you once the order was placed and the money taken !!!

The picture took 3 weeks to be despatched despite the website claiming it was in stock. Why does it take up to 28 days? At no point were we kept in the loop, the funds had been taken from our account but we had no idea as to what stage of the process our picture was in. When we asked for clarification we were sent a dismissive email. When we finally recieved a despatch email we were given no information as to when the picture would be delivered. Are you expecting us to wait at home 24 hours a day until the delivery turns up? The account section of your website either says new or shipped...? Your products are superb what happened to your customer service?

Very disappointed. Very slow service. Had to e-mail to see where order was. Told they had been waiting for one item which was not in stock. Why was I not told?! I should have received free bag with order. It was not in the parcel, so again had to contact. No apology - told they would send. It did arrive several days later. Altogether ordering a hassle!!!!

Was sent an e mail to go through Quidco to get £10 off if I spent more than £12. Has not shown on Quidco. I spent Over £20 but showed up as £17 plus. I e mailed you but have still not heard anything
