“Very helpful staff from the time I ordered a alternator for my old digger.tried a lot of other firms but to no avail.sent photo of old one to west lancs electrics and they found one right away and delivered next day.excellent service”

“My Toyota Landcruiser 1994 diesel required a starter motor. I spoke to David at West Lancs on a Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, although he didn't have one in stock he could get one for me, he contacted me on the Monday to tell me it would arrive on the Wednesday. It arrived well packed, perfect fit, excellent price. Good old fashioned service 5* +, I would recommend and certainly use your company again. Thank you again Mike Mike Howard Services Nottingham”

“Great customer service and value for money. The guys had the correct starter motor for my car, in stock and at less than half the price of one from the main dealer. Great communication and ease of purchase. They will be my first port of call in the next few weeks when I purchase a replacement alternator for my old Mitsubishi Pajero. “Prompt ordering and receipt of item.Confusion, when ordering, was informed old alternator to be returned all info and labels supplied, but when opening package no return info was enclosed. Phoned company and told item purchased did not require old unit returning??”
