“Having spoken, I was confident that the alternator would be totally correct technically. Fast delivery then followed and I thought the returns procedure well thought out - very simple and just had to drop it off at a local collection point.”

“Great service, helpful advice on eBay regarding obtaining the correct part, fast delivery, and receipt of the returned item. Only thing was I am sure the returned item will be rewired and resold, mind you, this is, I suppose, recycling !! Derr ! Thanks again . Denis”

“Unit seems to be working well although it was initially noisy and smelled of burning paint. The couriers were chaotic and delivery was delayed due to this. Their online system is not user friendly and in the end your guys needed to sort it out. Regards.”
