“we were given a one hour time slot for the delivery and it arrived 20 seconds early, the packaging was excellent and when we ate the pie on Boxing Day it was superb. I will give you 10 out of 10 for everything.”

“It was great to find an online supplier of plain bread as it is now impossible to get hold of this anywhere near London. There were some small issues with the order being sent out the day after date expected (though this was due to the short best before dates on the bread) then the courier DPD had problems, so having pain for nest day delivery it took two days to get the bread. Of the four loaves ordered, one was thick sliced rather than the medium cut on the website. The customer services were as helpful as possible when I called for more information on the DPD delay. These are only minor issues and I will definitely use them again.”

“I bought the Skinni Range Fantastic Free Delivery pack. One pack of Skinni Chicken Fillets arrived grey in colour so I phoned Customer Services straight away. The man I spoke to was lovely and very helpful who advised that this may be due to the heat sealer at time of packaging. I was told to dispose of the chicken to err on the side of caution and was refunded in full for this. Included in the pack was three Skinni curries, two of which were sadly past their best two days before the 'Use By' date and had to be binned. However, the one we did try was really good. It's not the first time I have bought from West Coast Foods and it won't be last, however from my most recent experience I personally wouldn't buy the chicken again.”

“Top quality food. I ordered a selection- paled most of it in the freezer and ate the burgers immediately. They were delicious. Package arrived when they said, and the packaging was really impressive.”

“Food came the next day, well packaged. Lorne sausage and tattie scones were delicious. Yet to try steak pie, bit dubious. Doesn't seem much filling!!!”

“Well the original order went out to our old address I never checked and Graham just took the details from the account. Once we found out it was too late and 70 miles away, he just packaged up another order with no fuss nor charge and shipped it on. Great online butcher cannot praise highly enough. Gary”

“The products received were excellent! Communication from West Coast Foods (Prestwick) was great, updated at every stage of the way right up to point of delivery. Must admit the quality of food & variety of items is first class. I've not tried a few of the items delivered, what we have eaten has been fab! Will definitely use this company again. Top service!”

“Really pleased with the delivery of the box of meat. The quality of the Skinni range is excellent and helps us with our healthy eating as so low in fat. I had a discount code for this order but for an unknown reason it didn't work. I emailed Graham at West Coast and the problem was sorted out straight away. Have had quite a few orders with West coast foods and will definitely be making more One very happy customer”
