“I am new to Westbrook cycles, but have used them twice. My first purchase was a bike that was at a price that looked too good to be true but wasn't. It was delivered within a couple of days and had been put together beautifully. I then wanted to buy a spare mech hanger for it so e-mailed them to ask which one I needed. There was a little confusion initially from them, but I got the correct one in the end. That being said, they replied to my e-mails the very same day on each occasion and was apologetic about the initial mistake. All in all my experience with Westbrook cycles was a very positive one and I would definitely use them again.”

“Looking for an after market wheelset for my work bike. Have used Mavic before and know they are well built wheels, found these on Westbrook cycles at such a great price it was a no brainer to buy. Both wheels and service from shop are great.”

“I ordered a couple of pairs of sealskinz gloves one xl and the other xxl, what I got sent was both pairs in xl, but I didn't return them as I decided, even though they were a little tight, to keep them. the other pair is for my son and I know they will fit ok. the price and speed of the delivery was superb, I couldn't fault westbrook at all and will certainly deal with them again. as for the gloves they are OK but not brilliant, they claim to be 100 % water proof, I had a 2 hour ride in persistent drizzle and they were soaked through, on the plus side they did keep my hands warm in temperatures around 2 degrees, so probably no better or worse than any other gloves on the market.”

“Westbrook was one of very few places to have this awesome jacket in stock, and at the lowest price I've ever seen! Really happy with the product and price. The transaction was quick and easy. I was also able to leave delivery notes pretty much immediately after placing the order as well. Knowing no body would be home, this made it super easy to get my package. Good work Westbrook, thanks :)”

“The safety standards of this helmet are impressive. It feels good as well. Very adjustable. Looks the part. Only two problems I've found. The vent holes are quite large and have no mesh covering. So I'm always getting bugs coming in and I feel them crawling around my head. I have to stop immediately and sort this. Which is an obvious inconvenience. Second is the internal cushioning strips. They are most definitely not antibacterial in design. They get very smelly very quickly. And it doesn't go away. You have to spray them with deodorant because washing them will destroy them. As for the helmet itself and it's main purpose. Sure. Still use it.”

“I am impressed with Westbrook for their dealing with any niggles with my order - they are at least as good as CRC (this was my first order), and way ahead of Woggle...sorry, my keyboard won't even let me write the name. Their customer service is 5*.”
