I am new to Westbrook cycles, but have used them twice. My first purchase was a bike that was at a price that looked too good to be true but wasn't. It was delivered within a couple of days and had been put together beautifully. I then wanted to buy a spare mech hanger for it so e-mailed them to ask which one I needed. There was a little confusion initially from them, but I got the correct one in the end. That being said, they replied to my e-mails the very same day on each occasion and was apologetic about the initial mistake. All in all my experience with Westbrook cycles was a very positive one and I would definitely use them again.
