“Ordered a Scott Addict eride 30 plus mudguards at a combined cost of some £2800.00. The bike arrived with the headset loose and my local bike shop charged £25.00 to rectify. I asked Westbrook, via email, to recommend a set of mudguards to fit the new bike. They did and I added this to my bike purchase. The mudguards do not fit this bike. I emailed Westbrook and their response is worded to the effect that nobody at Westbrook would have recommended these mudguards. So, in effect I imagined this interaction. I have yet to ride the bike mainly as a consequence of the loose headset, now rectified. I’ve never purchased from Westbrook and certainly will spread the word around my cycle club of some 400 plus members. Never again. Oh, by the way. I can send the mudguards back at my cost as the response included the information that they don’t do return labels.”

“Paid for postage item still not arrived, I would have thought if you paid for postage it should be next day. Went to local bike shop item arrived next morning so was able to get bike working again. So when part arrives it will be a spare, paid twice for part, and local supplier didn’t charge for next day/ morning delivery”

“I was really looking forward to getting these on the bike ( I bought the Shimano 105 5700 compatible version). I watched a few videos on how to fit them on line as I heard it could be difficult. When they arrived they looked the same colour as on the website, everything was going well. There was a slight delay in delivery but that was ok and the packaging was damaged but the contents looked untouched. Imagine my disappointment however when after struggling to get the original hoods off the new ones went on too easily and turned out to be far too big. There is no way that these will ever fit and due to the cost of delivery and return they now languish in the garage always to remain untouched and my bike will never be adorned by the colourful hoods that I had dreamed would match so well with the blue accent flashes of my paint job and newly installed cables. Never mind I had probably strayed over the line of trying too hard anyway.”

Hi Patrick, We are very sorry to see that the Odi hudz you have received are not suitable for your bike. Is it possible for you to return them to us so that we can double check on compatibility and to stop this kind of problem for other purchasers having the same problem in the future.
