“Ordered 2 products, but unfortunately one of them was unavailable in the colour I wanted. I was offered an alterantive, but declined. Despite this the service I received was good, as I was kept fully informed, rather than just left to wait, as I was with another cycle shop recently.”

“Product arrived promptly and was as described. My only criticism is that I had to pay £3.99 delivery (20% of the cost of the item) for something the size of a match box. It was comically packaged in an oversize A4 envelope, in a jiffy bag and really could have been thrown in an envelope and sent by first class post.”

“Part arrived in good time. I like the delivery company's system of emailing on the day to tell you within an hour when it's to be delivered. Hope bottom bracket not fitted yet as purchased a spare and not being fitted till Shimano unit packs up. I don't think I'll have long to wait for considering it's only done 500 miles or so and already showing signs of wear at service.”

“The packaging was not good enough. Some parts on the bike had wear marks from the box. Apart from that I'm very satisfied, and hoping customer service will sort out the small marks.”

“I recently ordered a Scott Aspect 950 for £359 (a lot cheaper than anywhere else). I ordered it on a Wednesday and it was going to be delivered the next day which I was very impressed with. My only problem (and it is a small one) was that I rang the store just before ordering to ask if it came fully built and I was told all I had to do was put the front wheel on, however there was a lot more to do than that. I also don't think it's a great idea to put cable ties around the ttires as it makes them difficult to cut without worrying about puncturing the tire. Apart from that I am very happy with my order.”
