“Ordered a Scott Addict eride 30 plus mudguards at a combined cost of some £2800.00. The bike arrived with the headset loose and my local bike shop charged £25.00 to rectify. I asked Westbrook, via email, to recommend a set of mudguards to fit the new bike. They did and I added this to my bike purchase. The mudguards do not fit this bike. I emailed Westbrook and their response is worded to the effect that nobody at Westbrook would have recommended these mudguards. So, in effect I imagined this interaction. I have yet to ride the bike mainly as a consequence of the loose headset, now rectified. I’ve never purchased from Westbrook and certainly will spread the word around my cycle club of some 400 plus members. Never again. Oh, by the way. I can send the mudguards back at my cost as the response included the information that they don’t do return labels.”

“Really impressed with this shop. Dealt with loads of bike shops over the years. This one is first class. Polite, very helpful, sourced what I needed very quickly, supplied it as promise, all for the best price (not that price was an issue for me). Would definitely use them again”

“Great deal, however I was a little disappointed that everything came OEM boxed separately, and that this wasn't highlighted in the description. I was expecting to have to finish the build, NOT do everything !!! There are only minimal instructions supplied, so there's a lot of internet research required”

“Not sure if you realise this but you've asked for a Review when, in fact, I have not received the item. Other than acknowledgement of the order, you have not even advised me when I can expect to receive it. Consequently, I intended to refrain from allocating an Overall Rating. However, it would seem that the Review process requires me to do so. I have rated as Poor purely upon the basis that your process seems a bit mixed up and I have had no advice on delivery.”
