Decided to opt for Wessex Internet as BT have no plans to provide Superfast Internet to our village in South Somerset. Wessex, planning, communication and installation was a good experience and would recommend this company to anyone who is considering upgrading to Superfast within their business area.

Very tidy and efficient connecting us up and explaining system to us. Very helpful when BT were being useless at transferring our old number . System is all up and running now.

As a village community champion, I have worked long and hard to get Chilmark, Wilts, connected to fast fibre broadband. Technically the work has gone well and I am pleased with my connection which has proved pretty reliable, but communications with Wessex Internet over community relations have been very difficult and have broken down in recent months. This matter has now been raised to CEO Wessex Internet by the Chairman of Chilmark Parish Council. Wessex Internet needs to fundamentally review how it works with local communities to avoid broken promises and very poor communications.

Good installation, good service, a steady average of 235mbps download at different times of day and 126mbps upload. I'm impressed!

I am truly grateful that I have moved into an area that BT cannot provide a service. Wessex internet are an amazing company to deal with. Professional, efficient and so pleasant to deal with. Brilliant absolutely brilliant.

My comments on LinkedIn say it all. Everything Wessex Internet have (plural because it's the people there) done has been excellent. Oh, that more companies were as good at their job as Wessex Internet. It would close down a lot of what my company does, help companies improve their customer interaction, but I am not far off retirement! Everything has been personal and targeted. We as a company and a family, because we have a subscription for our home too, do not feel like a customer number but people who can talk rationally and reasonably to other people who take ownership of an issue and do not spout legally or managment formulated drivel at us

Very efficient installation, very supportive with the transfer from previous suppliers. The installation was very clean and tidy . Broadband and telephone all working very well speed is as suggested
