“Absolutely perfect customer service, can not fault anything at all. Very helpful and sympathetic and even offered to deliver bottled water. I wasnt expecting anything to be done until the morning but then I get a call saying he is coming out to flush the water tonight! When everyone else is tucked up in bed, this guy is out flushing our water so that it's ok for the morning. Absolutely fantastic and I hope more people appreciate it! Thank you. 😁”

“Excellent online chat service this Saturday afternoon. Quick responses, polite, efficient, job raised, reference given. Let's hope when they call at my property the service is the same. Decent customer service is difficult to find these days.”

“I would leave 10 stars if I could. After a horrific morning of trying to contact electric and gas etc. to organise moving with rubbish systems and rubbish contact details and charges for everything I called Wessex Water - the phone rang ONCE and lovely Carol answered, helped me sort out everything within 5 minutes. This is an amazing organisation that seems to care about the customer experience THANK YOU XX”
