“We had two gentlemen,Steve Dobson and Stephen Jenkins,came to fit a new supply and cap off old supply.They were very helpful and accomodating.They were polite and tidied up when they had finished.They are a credit to Wessex Water.”

“I reported a blocked drain which was from my bathroom & was advised that someone would come to my property within 4 hours, I was very pleased that about 2 hours after my call the team came & cleared the drain. They were polite, friendly & also gave me some good advice.”

“After receiving my annual water bill and finding that it's gone up again, you now have the cheek to ask for 52 million pounds Every Month,!!! for water aid.. The reviews of water aid in Africa are as follows. It's a scam , and sexual allegations , and many more.!!. Why not divert this energy into reducing our bills instead of wanting us to pay for others.. Don't you think it's time after 50 years of digging holes for others to concentrate on our Country as the times have changed now.. Many, many people can't afford to pay there heating bills and we have to have government help , so why ask EVERY HOUSEHOLD TO JOIN IN... I'm sure that even the poorest countries can dig hole for their water, so stop asking us .”

“Amazing response within 3_4hours of notification on a Sunday our problem was solved. A most courteous and helpful chap Dean Walton set to work and did an exceptionally job. An asset to the company. Can't fault anything. 5 atar service!.”

“The chat service is an excellent and efficient way to contact WW. The operators are quick and efficient and you aren't kept waiting too long. When I had a large increase in my bill and reported a suspected leak I was kept informed at each stage of the process and the problem was resolved quickly, I recieved a call after the repair to tell me how much credit I will be getting.”

“I had written contact with Charlotte today and have received the details of the Operations Enquiry Team to enquire about a refund of costs and the number of the 24hour Customer Service Team for any future issues. Charlotte was very helpful and answered my questions very quickly and succinctly and it was a pleasure to deal with her. Thank you.”
