“Wessex Water provide little incentive for customers to reduce run off from their roofs. Many providers around the country have realised reducing runoff is important and have introduced free water butt schemes. We have installed four large butts to reduce our contribution to the problem and store for use in the garden. Suggest a campaign for your area. It would help to reduce discharges into Christchurch Harbour.”
