“I managed to find a bird water feeder that wasn't available elsewhere. So, good product selection. Delivery was excellent, but expensive. I didn't need next day delivey, so it would have been better to have had a standard rate delivery, say two to three days, either free, or for a couple of quid. I paid £5 delivery on a £17 item. I will look on other sights with cheaper delivery first, and only come to Webbs if I can't find it elsewhere. Sorry.”

“The envelope containing the seeds that i ordered was not secured properly when delivery was made ie: not stuck down, however all contents were intact”

“My order was sent to App. 8, one parcel only when I was expecting 2, my App. is 68, and when I rang to check this they had it down as 68, so why 8, I did eventually get the other parcel later that day, because the courier had it left in his van, that also was taken to App. 8 first, I can't say I was very satisfied. Both items were okay in the end.”

“i bought a raised planter/ trough in kit form. Arrived quickly although much heavier than i thought. Love the item and great for my partner who finds it hard to bend and reach plants in a normal garden. Instructions not very clear mind you, could be better.”

“Having been in sales and marketing most of my career, I appreciate it when someone makes it easy for customers to buy. This is the essence of good selling and Webbs do it very well. I like the spread and diversity of products do by buying a club card it'll make it easy for me and my family to shop at Webbs”

“Prompt delivery, though a delivery 'window' more precise than 7.30 - 17.30 would be helpful. Instructions for construction were not very clear, though, fortunately, mine was only a very simple task.”

“IMPRESSIVE DELIVERY TIME. (2 DAYS). HAD I NOT WANTED THE RAISED BEDS URGENTLY I WOULD HAVE RETURNED 2 OF THE WOOD COMPONENTS AS THEY HAD SPLITS ON THE ENDS. I WOULD DISPUTE HOWEVER CALLING THEM DE LUX.”
