“Ordered three panels of garden trellis. Was sent a text from courier which gave time and day of delivery but unfortunately it didn't arrive till the following day. Having said that, both the company and courier were very courteous and this would not deter me from buying from this company again. The garden trellis is exactly what I wanted and lived up to the description on the website. Very pleased with the product.”

“The arch arrived within the time stated by Webbs direct but, unfortunately, a part was damaged even though great care had been taken to package the arch properly. However a replacement was sent out the next day and was fine. The arch was fairly easy to assemble, following the instructions provided and very pleased with the finished product. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Webbs Direct again.”

“Very happy with the finished article. My husband didn't find it that easy to put together, maybe better instructions would. Good value for money, Would definitely recommend it to other people.”

“Good communication about delivery times. Packing was very badly damaged but luckily contents ok. Brackets for leg supports difficult to assemble and eventually had to put one upside down, but it is not noticeable. Would definitely buy from Webbs again.”
