“The valuation we received online was OK so we went to WBAC in good faith. After a cursory inspection that lasted seconds I was told that my car was worth nearly £600 less due to bodywork - there was no problem with the bodywork at all. When I then asked if we could receive £185 to help cover a loan I was told ‘this is all the money I have allocated to me today’. So we were lured there under false pretences and WBAC obviously had no intention of paying the quoted amount. Absolute joke.”
