“The process is very efficient and the member of staff (Scott and the Glenrothes branch) was polite, friendly and presented well. Score is marked down as there should be more effort to give an accurate valuation by asking the vendor to score the condition of the vehicle prior to submission. In my case, I assumed that the quote would have taken into account the small dents, scratches and imperfections you would expect with a family car that has done 92,000 miles. Overall, thanks to Scott for getting it over the line and not wasting my time on a Sunday.”
