“The two guys (Sam, I believe and a trainee) were absolutely fantastic. I can't fault the valuation or sale process at all. I believe I got a fair valuation for my 2011 Audi A6 Avant. It enabled me to get a better deal on a plug in hybrid as I didn't have to factor in a part exchange at the "stealers". It was literally so easy, so glad I took the plunge and did it, despite other people putting me off. I will definitely use them again. Chuffed.”

“The experience was good in some respects except when I had a very anxious two days. After agreeing the sale on a Friday I was promised that the funds would be in my account by the following Monday. The funds had not arrived on the Tuesday morning, but when I enquired about this I was told that the funds had been credited. It took several emails for the money to finally arrive in the account and no explanation or apology.”

“Process was very simple and fast. Only downside was getting a 15k quote dropped to £14,400 for a few scuff marks on the boot from getting things in and out of the boot so getting £600 knocked off for just that isn’t great!”
