“Good service up until receiving your email wrongly stating there was outstanding finance on the vehicle. It cost me £8,.99 to do an online check and a phone call to the dealership to ensure there was no outstanding finance. On the positive side your colleague who dealt with the purchase of the vehicle was excellent.”

“They said it was a grade 2 condition but then price came down by £600 from online valuation , which was a bit disappointing. Seems like the online price is just to tempt you in. The guy who served me was very polite and professional.”

“Had good service in the past but this terrible and will advise not to use, the sales person called the day before and said when I arrive to call him and he would open the gate. I phoned 5 times and he didn’t answer the phone he eventually comes out 20 minutes late told me to wait while he sorts out the collection of the other cars with their drivers, no apology very unprofessional no good morning nothing there was a mark on the car which he down graded as a scratch less than an inch long I said no it’s not a scratch and wiped it off with my finger he took 325.00 off the price just for that “scratch “ in all honesty if I had more time this week I would of drove away as I know full well I have been ripped off. The website also states 3 working days for money to be paid it’s actually 4. If you can spare the time it is well worth looking around as there are far better companies offering a far better professional service”
