“Good customer service. A Very personable young man took me through the process, and offered me a fair price at the end of it. Only a few minutes altogether and my car was sold.”

“Very relaxed member of staff, very busy but stayed professional throughout his time with customers when I arrived. I'm compelled to give short response on my own experience. Remembering yourselves are a business, I have to say, fantastic welcome and very professional throughout my stay at your office. Any questions I had were dealt with in a manner I have not had in many years. Will recommend your office at Go Outdoors in Loughborough to my family and friends.”

“I was assured that the price quoted on the website was firm for 4 days. However the starting price with the advisor was £700 below and was told that the market for my vehicle had changed. The helpful adviser agreed the car was in a good condition but could only increase the system price by +£215. I ended up £500 below the on line quote. So don't believe the 4 day price quote.”
