“Process very smooth. Personnel professional and courteous. Not the best deal - I'm very sure I could have got more money for the vehicle in a private sale - but quick and safe. No risks involving strangers at my home or dodgy financial transactions. I say that, but then, I have yet to receive any money. I was told 4 working days at the point of sale. Apparently, it's now six, and that's after close of business on the final day. In my mind, that's 7. Perhaps I should be writing this review in a week's time?”
