“Very helpful and friendly lady”

“In my opinion the initial price offered is inflated so that you make an appointment, my valuation on her 18 month old car reduced significantly upon arrival the following day, that’s before further reductions for very insignificant cosmetic defects. The assessor told us that he had to find a minimum of five stone chips, this was a real struggle! The service wasn’t very polished frankly.”
