“Your on line quote offered me £31k for my Mercedes. Upon inspection at the Kassam Stadium your Rep Declan offered me below £30k due to a very minor scuff on the from bumper. He agreed that it would be a 10 min job with a polisher and it took a long time to get the offer increased to £30k - ultimately £1k less for 10 mins work to remove the scuff. At one point Declan said the one line offer ‘meant nothing’. You are con artists”
