“Well organized with appointment timing. Easy to find the place with in app guidance. Professional and polite and knowledgeable gentleman -Sean- looked over the car with me. Explained the process clearly. No pressure. Given a reasonable price. Accepted it. Payment made exactly as promised. Altogether a quick, hassle free and unexpectedly pleasant experience. Well done ! “Went to my local store slightly apprehensive about the price quoted being drastically reduced after hearing some mixed reviews, I needn't have worried, the representative gave my car a check over, pointed out a couple of chips I already knew about and a scuffed wheel and gave me the revised quote which I was more than happy with as it was extremely close to the original estimate, after some issues with connectivity when trying to complete the deal we eventually ended up travelling to another local centre where the signal was better and got it through, the representative was very professional, friendly and apologetic for all the delays due to network issues, I opted for faster payment and had expected it would take up to two hours to show, to my surprise it was in my account within 20 minutes. Overall could not fault the service at all and as mentioned the representative was first class.”

“Was made to feel very belittled about particular things about the car, for a 13 year old car 4 small scratches on the body work I believe is fair wear and tear however £500 was taken off for body work, feel as if I have been cheated out of a proper deal & the fact that I’m a young female played a part as they knew I would not argue about the pricing of things, took the money they offered as I needed the money due to increase in bills etc, would not be my first recommendation to a friend”
