“Got an online price for my car last week. Took it in this morning. Very simple process. Had been offered £5,000 online and they knocked £250 off for a couple of minor issues. I was expecting that and happy with the price. Paid an extra small fee to get the money transferred within the hour, which it was. If your cars in good condition then it's worth getting a price from them. Very easy process”

“Process went really well. As car was not in perfect state...stone chips a few light scratches tyres quite worn price quoted was reduced by 7%. Could maybe include a condition factor in initial quote......'Is the bodywork 1-9 condition' for example...or an option to give more detail.”
