“Straight forward, quick, simple and does what it says on the box. Vehicle grading to establish buyers offer pretty ruthless with little or no desecration available to staff. Unless in show room condition there could be a marked reduction between the initial offer and a actual price on the day.”

“The customer service aspect was fine. On the MOT record search a discrepancy between two MOT'S was shown which your representative agreed could only be a data entry error, however because of this £200 was deducted. When the cause was so obvious it seemed like a reason to reduce payment.”
