The process of selling was fairly easy and the staff on site were very approachable and chatty. My only complaint is that I was very disappointed that the figure I was eventually offered was about 40% lower than what I had been quoted on the website. It felt a bit like I'd been offered a higher figure just to tempt me in, with no intention of actually paying that figure. It would be better if the website gave a range for the potential final figure, so at least a seller would be forewarned that the actual figure might be low.

We thought the sale was quick and easy the person we met was friendly and helpful he explained things as he went through the process and we got a fair price for the car

Took my car to WBAC situated at Morrisons car park Denton. Was offered £300 less than the online quote but this was due to a scuffed bumper and crack in my windscreen (this had previously been repaired leaving a slight blemish) the whole process took less than 30 minutes the staff were extremely polite and respectful. They also notified the relevant authorities of the change of ownership etc on my behalf. Was not offered a trade in on my car against the new vehicle as this had already been reduced so this was the most convenient way of disposing of my old car. Excellent service great guys very professional and explained the process so was all very efficiently handled. Would have no hesitation recommending these guys in future
