“Kept waiting for 40mins after appointment time. Finally got taken through and went through the process only to be told they had clicked the wrong button and had to start again. Knocked 20% of the quote off for some tiny stone chips on a 15 year old car. Knocked more money off for MOT. The staff member was as helpful as they could be though.”

“Took my Jaguar F pace and the offer was exceeded by webuyanycar at Banbury. After the inspected my vehicle. They offered me the new improved sum. Good experience, if you describe your vehicle truthfully then I believe you will get the offer that is made online. The only negative is paying £24.75 for paying into bank next day, that should come free.”
