Hi David - thank you for our comment and a valid point. The majority of the owners we work with accept credit cards but some individual owners unfortunately do not and payment has to be made direct to them by cheque or BACS. All bookings we take are with the owners directly and as per their terms and conditions. Many people like this option but sometimes it is not ideal. “Offered to hold property on initial call and then even though we changed to a different property it was no problem and done in 5 minutes. Gave full information about the boat hiring and quick and easy deposit taken. Very smooth.”
