“Very helpful on the telephone line.”

“Found a great deal online and tried to snap it up straight away but it wasnt possible to book online, you could only enquire about booking and had to wait for a call back, which is a bit odd. Never the less, I rang the next day and got the lodge we wanted. The gentleman on the phone was really cheerful and helpful and the process was very easy. Really looking forward to visiting our cosy lodge!”

“Was slightly annoyed at first that you were advertising log cabins which were not for renting,however you made up for it by finding me a log cabin to meet my holiday requirements,I would of preferred to have payed you direct over the phone,but I surpose the bank transfer was ok,all in all the woman I spoke to was very polite and very well spoken”

Dear Richard - Thank you for reviewing our service and website. The lodge you initially enquired to us about was not one of those we market as it had been sold a while ago to new owners. Payment for the lodge we found you had to be direct to the owners as they do not take card payments sadly. Most owners do and this is not usually a problem but we apologise for this.
