“Was slightly annoyed at first that you were advertising log cabins which were not for renting,however you made up for it by finding me a log cabin to meet my holiday requirements,I would of preferred to have payed you direct over the phone,but I surpose the bank transfer was ok,all in all the woman I spoke to was very polite and very well spoken”

Dear Richard - Thank you for reviewing our service and website. The lodge you initially enquired to us about was not one of those we market as it had been sold a while ago to new owners. Payment for the lodge we found you had to be direct to the owners as they do not take card payments sadly. Most owners do and this is not usually a problem but we apologise for this. Have a lovely time at Loch Awe. Regards Waterside Breaks

“After explaining to Tim at Waterside Breaks exactly what I was looking for , he said he would sort out a few options and call me back. This he did within 15 mins. We went through these options, with Tim leading me to pictures on the internet of the property locations and explaining the pros and cons of each. A booking was made from this friendly and professional phone call.”
