“When I phoned them to say I had a problem looking at venues in line, Charlotte asked me for my preferences and then emailed me a selection that matched my requirements. AFter looking at those I was able to make my selection and phoned her back to make the booking. She explained the booking procedure and within 30 minutes or so my holiday was booked and paid for, what could be easier. Thank you Charlotte.”
