“Very easy booking system, polite and helpful staff. Would recommend and use again.”

“The women i spoke to ( charlotte) was very polite. Phoned the owners to make sure it was ok for for 4 adults as it stated 2 adults and 2 children. Few days later my money was took from my account but had not heard from the holiday park to confirm and give me final instructions for when we arrive. Sent charlotte a quick email and she chased it up and got a reply from holiday park via eamail within a hour to finalise it all as they had sent to wrong email add. Very good and quick service”

“Just a bit confused about checking in times as would like to be there fore 3pm as it says on the terms and conditions but we have been told 4pm. I think this should be made more clearer in the terms and conditions.”
