“I tried to book a cabin through Waterside Breaks but it was provisionally booked before i enquired. An advisor named Charlotte phoned me to advise this was the case and helped me to secure a similar lodge at the same location. She was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to book somewhere at very short notice which i knew would have been difficuly but Charlotte helped me find somewhere which took away any stress or time consuming searches. Very happy with my service and will be using Waterside Breaks again :-)”
