Hopeless Service and a hopeless product. Called twice to ask for help and received no help whatsover. Waste of money. I purchased a heron scarer at a cost exceeding £ 200. It has a motion sensor and sends ut noises and lights to frighten the heron. It does not work because it comes on late at night and causes disturbance even when it is switched off, so I have to disconnect it at the mains at bed time. When the heron vitis before breakfast the next day, the scarer is not operating because I had to disconnect it from the mains the night before. Rubbish.
