“Not received my order and not had a response from my email to ask where it is. Not sure if its Wallart or delivery company but tracking says they are waiting to receive it and now worried as this review says over a month and I ordered from Walmart as they said quick delivery”

“My picture arrived and the frame was completely broken and falling apart. I emailed the company immediately on the day of delivery as soon as I had unpacked it and still have no reply 2 days later.”

“Ordered my print, received my confirmation email. Then tumble weed!! I received 2 emails giving me 2 different couriers, neither of the links work. both saying my order is expected soon. The Wallart Direct website gives a phone number that doesn't work, the live chat system is useless, it said that my order has been fulfilled but can't tell me when. As soon as I started to complain and requested a refund suddenly their live chat went off-line and I now cannot contact them!! I will be claiming back through my bank.”

“We purchased a metal canvas, being the largest landscape measurements. Uploading the image and sorting the design was relatively simple, the image looked to be crystal clear and how we wanted it. However, after arriving it was we feared, by having the largest canvas, it pixelated the image, which when you look closer, took away the sharpness of the image. One of the corners of the picture arrived slightly bent (packaging was excellent) but must have been caused by the delivery company. Overall, quick and simple, just if you go too big, the picture isn't great and might be best trying an alternative option.”

“Update on previous post 2 days ago - we heard back from company who promise to swap our picture, will update once resolved !! .................(original post ) we ordered a print and you sent wrong one, we asked for a sun setting over a town and you sent a surfer , we have emailed you numerous times & phoned you but you ignore our messages, terrible customer service, we want our money back”

“We ordered a large canvas, which arrived within a week. It was packaged and handled with care, because when opened, it was in excellent condition. The delivery service they use kept us updated, and friendly delivery guy. The picture looks exactly like the one seen on the website. It now takes pride of place in our lounge, and we're delighted with it. Would highly recommend.”
